At Justmylook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as cosmetics and hair tools cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization code.

Securely Package Items

Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include your order summary inside the box.

Ship the Package

Affix your return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
